IPS Phuket delivered the full refurbishment of the 150-room Outrigger Khao Lak Resort, upgrading guest rooms, suites, reception areas, restaurants, and landscaped external zones across the 8,100 m² property. The project included the construction of a new beachfront restaurant and kids’ club, a complete pool revitalisation, and the installation of a full fire-safety system. The works elevated the resort to modern international standards while preserving the relaxed beachfront character of Khao Lak.
