IPS Phuket delivered the design-and-build contract for Ani Private Residence, a 10-key luxury beachfront resort on Koh Yao Noi Island. The project encompassed full site development, including marine-front works, while all villas and interiors were prefabricated in IPS’s Phuket joinery facility. Executed under the design direction of Naga Concepts, the project demonstrates IPS Phuket’s expertise in high-end, waterfront construction.
